Outings
2008 Spring
Outing is Cancelled. Fall outing to be held October 8.
We hold two outings each year.
These offer members and
non-members
alike an opportunity to spend an evening at the club, enjoying good
food,
visiting with friends and making new ones, or just strolling the
grounds
after the meal.
The outings begin with an all-you-can-eat
meal and end with the
drawing
of door prizes. In between we offer small games of
chance
that offer the opportunity to win prizes related to outdoor sports, but
hunting and fishing in particular.
Outings are held the first Wednesday in
April and the second
Wednesday
in October (also called the spring and fall outings) and begin with the
serving of dinner about 4:00 pm. The drawing of raffle prizes and
door prizes begins about 09:30 pm.
The
menu
for the spring outing is ham and for the fall outing it is
turkey.
Meals are prepared by our own cooks.
